Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

• In the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately: from the day you receive the last item.
• In the case of goods delivered in multiple consignments: from the day you receive the final part.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a different delivery option chosen by you), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalised goods
• perishable goods
• sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
